All packages include 1–3 rounds (covering color, pacing, and minor tweaks), while premium packages offer unlimited within the original concept. Basic adjustments are always free, and we're collaborative—share feedback via Loom or email, and we'll refine until it feels perfect. No surprises, just satisfaction. Additional revisions are available as an add-on if needed.
Definitely! While we're Kolkata-based and cover the city limits at no extra cost, we love traveling for destination weddings, events, or shoots across India. Charges apply for locations beyond 30km (quoted upfront during your consult). We'll handle logistics smoothly so you can focus on the story—we're all about making it easy and reliable.
Life happens—we get it! Reschedule once per month (or per project/single shoot) with 48 hours' notice at no charge. For weather or client-side delays, we'll rearrange free of cost. Just give 24 hours' heads-up to avoid the slot being considered used. We're flexible and understanding, always aiming to make adjustments as easy as possible.
Raw footage isn't included by default (to keep deliveries streamlined and focused on polished, post-ready content), but it's available as an add-on depending on the plan (quoted during booking). If you need it for your own edits, let us know upfront—we'll include it seamlessly. Finals are always yours to own and use freely, with no strings attached.
We make payments easy and secure: UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, or credit/debit cards.
