Absolutely! While we're based in Kolkata, we're available for destination weddings, events, and projects across India. We serve all of Kolkata and can travel to nearby cities and areas. Travel charges may apply for locations beyond 30km from central Kolkata.

• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice—no questions asked, no penalties.
• Single Shoots: 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before your scheduled shoot date. No refund within 7 days of shoot.
• Weddings: Booking amount (30%) is non-refundable to secure your date. However, you can reschedule up to 7 days before the event at no additional charge. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Currently, we accept 50% advance + 50% before delivery for single shoots. Subscriptions are billed monthly. We're exploring EMI options for premium packages —check back soon or ask us about flexible payment arrangements.

Yes! We're happy to sign NDAs for sensitive projects. All projects include a simple agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and terms—keeping everyone protected and on the same page.
